Can I place an order after the deadline? Top

Yes. Orders are accepted all year. The order deadline signifies the period where orders will be bulked by team for delivery to your club. If you place your order after the deadline you will be responsible for the pickup or delivery of your order and you will pay a slightly higher price for individual processing.

Why are the prices higher after the deadline? Top

The prices are raised based on the processing time involved for the order. When we process the club as a group we are able to print several hundred items at a time using the exact same materials. When we process your individual order after the deadline we print one item, and then next item may have an entirely different printing process, requiring equipment and material changes, which drastically add to the time involved in processing.

My size does not appear on the site? Top

If a size does not appear for an item it is currently sold out. You may need to select a substitute size or you may call our team division, at (408) 551-0413, to inquire about the date the product is expected back in stock.

What do I do if I never got an invite to place my order? Top

You must be on a roster to place an order. If you should be on a roster and have not received an invite you will need to contact you team manager or club uniform director to add you to a roster. If the manager has you on the roster double check the email listed on the roster and have the invitation resent.

I am not receiving any emails from the MyUniform system? Top

There may be an issue with your spam filter settings. Make sure that both myuniform@soccerpost.com is in your address book to ensure delivery.

What does "This Catalog is Locked" mean? Top

When a catalog is locked it means that orders are locked for editing. New orders can be placed for that catalog but existing orders can no longer be edited or canceled.

How do I determine my size?Top

The sizes of products can vary by brand and style, for this reason we strongly encourage you to try on physical samples at one of our retail locations. If you are unable to try on physical samples you can view our size charts for sizing guidelines.

Why does my roster import keep failing stating that I am missing an email address? Top

There is formatting in some of your blank cells that is causing the system to think the cell is not actually blank and therefore requiring and email that doesn't exist in the blank row. Please see the video here to see the error and how to correct it.

I have a female player but all of the sizes are listed as Boy's or Men's? Top

The Boy's and Men's Sizes are often considered to be unisex sizes (Youth and Adult) because Girl's and Women's sizes are not always offered from the manufacturer. For Club products we typically only offer Women's sizing in shorts, if anything at all. All of the sample sizes provided in store and at uniform fittings are in the same sizes as those offered on the site. If you tried on samples labeled YS, YM, YL, or YXL they are Boy's sizes and if they were labeled AS, AM, AL or AXL they are Men's sizes.
